Kigali named by Dr. Richard Kandt, the first colonial resident governor of Rwanda in 1907, is the capital city of Rwanda. Kigali is the main administrative and economic centre of Rwanda. After a breakfast, having a morning birding at Kigali Golf Club, where  numbers of beautiful species of  birds including Open-billed Stork,  Black Crake, Swamp Flycatcher, Lesser Honey guide, Common Moorhen, Great Pelican, African Fish Eagles, Hammerkop, and among others are very easily to be  seen. After a guided bird walk you have a lunch and afternoon visit the Genocide memorial at Gisozi. This centre is built on a site where over 250,000 people are buried. The Kigali Genocide Memorial Center also contains an exhibition of other genocides around the world. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to see the following:
